Renown Gospel musician AndraĆ© Crouch, popularly referred to as “father of modern gospel music, has passed on. he died yesterday afternoon at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles after he suffered a severe heart attack and was hospitalized on Saturday. The seven-time Grammy Award winner and Academy Award nominee is known for his popular works include leading the choirs that sang on Michael Jackson‘s Man in the Mirror, and Madonna‘s Like a Prayer.
