President Goodluck Jonathan has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) today to issue Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to all registered Nigerians before the general polls in February. Consequently, INEC chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega has assured that all registered Nigerians would get their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) before Febuary 14..well, lets all hope is happens that way because our future for the next 4 years depends on it. more details later
