Miley showed out for the "Free the Nipple" campaign by posting this topless picture on Instagram with a caption taunting people to report her whappers-gone-wild. Surprisingly, it stayed up much longer than celeb nudes usually do.Probably Instagram takes holidays off too. before she took the boob shot, she had already been pushing the message with some photoshop pictures. see them after the cut.
